Vegan Chili

It’s been proclaimed the tastiest chili ever and is about to knock your socks off. It's made with savory mushrooms, flavorful chili spices, hearty beans and simmered on the stove for just 30 minutes.
Ingredients
2 scoop pineapple chia cleanse
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp basil
1 tbsp dried oregano
170 gram tomato basil sauce
1 tsp hot chilies
1 tbsp knorr vegetable stock
2 cups water
1 tbsp olive oil
50 gram sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup onions
100 gram carrots
100 gram yellow bell pepper
20 gram celery
10 gram garlic cloves
400 grams organic black beans
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Mince garlic and dice onions, carrots, celery, and bell pepper into small to medium size. In a medium saucepan or pot, saute the raw veggies with coconut oil until halfway cooked. Add in dried seasonings and bloom for about 1 min.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about 30 minutes. Season with more salt, pepper, hot sauce and lemon juice as needed.
