Cucumber Margarita

This cucumber margarita is low carb, sugar-free and keto friendly.

Ingredients

4 slices cucumber

2 slices lime, halved

2 tbsp tequila

1/4 tsp orange extract

2 tbsp simple syrup, low carb

ice

cucumber slice, to garnish


Directions

Slice and quarter the cucumber and add it to a cocktail shaker. Use a muddler to grind and press the cucumber so that as much juice as possible is extracted.

Add the lime slices and muddle again.

Add the tequila, orange extract, sweetening syrup and ice to the shaker, and shake well.

Fill a short tumbler glass three quarters full of ice, then strain the cocktail over the ice. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.
