I use for the cake Swerve Yellow Cake Mix

Ingredients

Swerve Cake Mix

3 eggs

1/3 cup olive oil

1/3 cup water

1 tbsp vanilla extract


For the Buttercream

100g Birch Benders Vanilla Frosting 

2 tbsp rum

1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened


Chocolate Glaze

150g Lily's Milk Chocolate Style Baking Chips, 35% Cacao 

2 tbsp coconut oil

Swerve Cake

Preheat oven to 350F.

Greasing cake pan or cupcakes with butter. Whisk together eggs, water, oil and vanilla in a large bowl. Add baking mix and stir until combined.

Pour batter into prepared cake pan or muffin cups.

Bake cake for 25 min. or cupcakes for 20 min. Let cool 

completely.

Prepare the buttercream according to the instructions, add 1 tablespoon of cocoa and season with rum. 

Mix in the biscuit crumbs. Place pointed heaps on biscuits with butter-cream mixture and cover slivers with chocolate icing.

Melt the chocolate with coconut oil.
