A Keto espresso martini made with, vodka, heavy cream and Espresso.
Ingredients
1 oz vodka
2 oz cold espresso
1/2 tsp espresso powder
1 oz heavy whipping cream
1 tsp mocha or vanilla simple syrup
Directions
Prepare the Espresso: Brew a shot of espresso and let it cool. If you don’t have an espresso machine, you can use strong brewed coffee or cold brew.
Mix the Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, cooled espresso, sugar-free coffee liqueur or syrup, and heavy cream (if using).
Shake: Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled and frothy.
Strain and Serve: Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish: Garnish with a few coffee beans on top for a classic touch.
