This Meatball recipe is used for Meatball Soup

Ingredients

450 grams ground beef

1 tsp minced garlic

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

1 1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tsp Zaatar

Directions

Place the meatballs ingredients in one mixing bowl. Form meatballs approx. 30 grams. Place it in a pan and brown it. Remove the meatballs and start the soup.
