Greek Turkey Burgers with Spinach, Feta, and Tzatziki are a delightful twist on the classic burger, combining the rich flavors of Mediterranean cuisine with a healthier protein option. These burgers are made with lean ground turkey, which is mixed with spinach and feta cheese, adding both nutrition and a burst of flavor. The creamy tzatziki sauce, made from Greek yogurt, cucumber, and dill, provides a refreshing contrast to the savory patties.

Ingredients

900 grams ground turkey

80 gr frozen spinach

60 gr fat free feta cheese

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp world seasoning go greek

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp black pepper

200 gr onions

9 tbsp tzatziki

27 slices cucumber

Directions

Preheat the Grill: Set your grill to medium-high heat.

Prepare the Patties: In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, ground turkey, feta, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into four 4-inch patties.

Grill the Patties: Oil the grill rack (using a paper towel dipped in oil and held with tongs). Grill the patties until they are cooked through and no longer pink in the center, about 4-6 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer should register 165°F in the center.

Assemble the Burgers: Place each patty on a bun and top with 1 tablespoon of tzatziki, 3 cucumber slices, and 2 onion rings.
