Mango Salsa

Yield  1 - 100 gram

Ingredients

100 grams mangos

100 grams bell pepper

100 grams tomatoes

100 grams cucumbers

50 grams onions

5 grams jalapeño 

1-1/2 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp lemon pepper

1/2 tbsp grey poupon mustard

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp za'atar

5 grams cilantro

1/2 tsp sumac

1 tbsp olive oil

3 grams mint leafs


Directions

In a serving bowl, combine the prepared mango, bell pepper, onion, cilantro and jalapeño. Drizzle with the juice of one lime.

Using a large spoon, stir the ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and stir again. For best flavor, let the salsa rest for 10 minutes or longer.
