This robust recipe for Fleischsalat combines savory jagdwurst with crunchy pickles and a creamy mayo dressing, finished with a touch of mustard and vinegar. Ingredients 

160 gram jagdwurst

1 tbsp pickle juice

70 gram pickles

60 gram olive oil Mayo

1 dash sea salt

1 dash black pepper

20 gram onions

1/2 tsp mustard

1 tbsp Altmeister vinegar

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced jagdwurst, chopped pickles, and finely chopped onions.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil mayo, pickle juice, mustard, Altmeister vinegar, sea salt, and black pepper until well blended.

Pour the dressing over the meat and vegetable mixture.

Gently fold the ingredients together until everything is evenly coated.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed, adding more salt or pepper to your preference.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.

Serve the Fleischsalat chilled or at room temperature, garnished with extra pickles if desired.
