Paprika Feta Creme

My favorite way to serve this is with a side of homemade pita chips.

Ingredients

200 grams cream cheese

80 grams feta cheese

1/2 red bell pepper

1 tsp dried rosemary

1 tsp Italian herb spice, dried or frozen

1 sea salt and pepper to taste

Direction

Chop the peppers into medium-sized pieces and dice the feta cheese. Combine the pepper and feta pieces, cream cheese, and spices in a bowl. Puree the mixture until smooth using a hand blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer the puree into a jar and refrigerate until needed.
