2 tbsp dried mint leaves (or 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped)

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

1 tbsp lemon zest (optional, for a citrusy touch)

Directions

Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well combined.

Store the Rub: Transfer the rub to an airtight container and store it in a cool, dry place.

Usage:

For Lamb: Rub the mixture generously over lamb chops or leg of lamb. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes before grilling, roasting, or baking.

For Pork: Apply the rub to pork chops, pork tenderloin, or pork ribs. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes before cooking.

For Chicken: Rub the mixture all over chicken pieces, ensuring an even coating. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes before grilling, baking, or frying.
