Ingredients 

250 gram broccoli

180 gram corn

30 gram onions

75 gram red bell peppers

150 gram frozen green peas

1/4 tsp sea salt

1 tsp lemon pepper 

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp magic mediterranean

1 tbsp tamari

1 tbsp olive oil infused with lemon

Directions

Heat the Pan: Add the lemon-infused olive oil to a large pan and heat over medium-high heat.

Sauté Onions and Peppers: Add the chopped onions and red bell peppers to the pan. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

Add Broccoli: Add the broccoli florets and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Incorporate Corn and Peas: Add the corn and frozen green peas. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until everything is heated through.

Season: Sprinkle in the sea salt, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and Magic Mediterranean seasoning. Stir well to combine.

Finish with Tamari: Drizzle the tamari over the vegetables and give it a final stir.
