This is a Lexington, North Carolina, BBQ Sauce.

Ingredients

1gallon water

1 quart ketchup

1 quart apple cider vinegar

2 tbsp monk sugar

3 tbsp salt

3 tbsp black pepper

2 tbsp crushed red pepper

1 tbsp hot sauce

Directions

Combine everything in a big pot and bring to a boil.

Save in jars in the fridge.
