San Sien Salad with Shrimp Cocktail

You can top your salad with grilled meat in strips of your choice (pork, chicken, etc.)

Hier I'm using shrimp cocktail.

Ingredients 

1 small head of white cabbage, cored, quartered and cut into thin strips (planed)

200 ml rice vinegar

1 tbsp kurkuma

Salt

Pepper


Directions

Pour rice vinegar over the cabbage strips and mix in the kurkuma well until the cabbage has a nice yellow color. Season generously with salt and pepper. Cover and let the salad sit in the fridge overnight. Then stir well again and sprinkle with the roasted meat strips.
