Creamy Ginger Avocado Dressing

Perfect dressing for spring mix greens, drizzled over grilled chicken. 

Ingredients

3/4 cup Thai kitchen lite coconut creme

80 grams avocados

1 tsp sea salt

60 grams lemon juice

2 grams serrano Chile

1/2 tbsp cilantro

1 tsp ginger

Direction

Place all ingredients in blender container, cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.

Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors. For creamier dressing, refrigerate overnight before serving.
