White Hot BBQ Sauce

Use this White Hot BBQ Sauce to coat grilled or smoked chicken, or as a dipping sauce for wings and vegetables. The tangy, creamy base combined with the bold heat makes it a perfect addition to any barbecue! 

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise

2 to 4 tbsp cider vinegar

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp freshly grated horseradish

1 tbsp hot sauce

2 tablespoons water

1 tbsp dijon mustard

1 tsp garlic powder

1 teaspoon coarse salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, and whisk until smooth. If you make this sauce a day or two before you need it, store in the fridge and the flavor will be wonderful.
