Knoblauch-Chili Butter

Great Butter for grilling or Fish.
Ingredients
1 cup of unsalted butter, softened
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp of chili flakes
1 tsp of smoked paprika
1 tbsp of fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp of salt (adjust to taste)
1 tsp of black pepper
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened unsalted butter and minced garlic until well blended.
Add the chili flakes, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the butter mixture. Mix until fully incorporated.
Fold in the finely chopped fresh parsley for a touch of color and freshness.
Place the mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper; roll it into a log shape.
Twist the ends of the parchment to seal tightly, ensuring a good shape.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Slice the butter into rounds and serve cold or slightly softened to bring out the flavors.
