Blueberry Pecan Oats

Optional Toppings: blueberries, yogurt, pecans and syrup.

Ingredients

1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1 pinch of salt

1 tbsp toasted chopped pecans

1 fluid ounce unsweetened hazelnut syrup

2 fluid ounces unsweetened almond milk 

40 gram blueberries

2 tbsp fage total 0% greek yogurt plain

1 tbsp mocha maple syrup by skinny syrups


Directions

Combine oats, water and salt in a jar or bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 

In the morning, heat if desired, and top with blueberries, yogurt, pecans and syrup.
