Chili Con Carne with Meat

A spicy chili con carne with beef is ideal for a buffet at your party. Top with sour cream and sharp cheddar cheese, sprinkle with parsley or cilantro.
Ingredients
400 gram stew meat
1 can black beans
1 can corn
3 tbsp olive oil
200 gram fire roasted tomatoes
150 ml red wine
1 tbsp mexican season
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp chili powder
5 gram jalapeño
3 gram habanero pepper
salt and pepper, to taste
60 grams onions, chopped
100 grams red bell pepper, chopped
Directions
First, cut the beef into bite-sized pieces. Then peel and finely dice the onions and fry them with the meat in a large pot of hot oil for 10 minutes.
Then wash the peppers, cut them into small pieces and add them. Drain the corn and beans and add them to the pot after 5 minutes. Let everything simmer covered for 10 minutes.
Now deglaze with red wine. Stir in the pureed tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
Cover and simmer the chili over medium heat for 30 minutes.
