Salmon & Asparagus With Lemon-Garlic Sauce

Put this salmon and asparagus dinner to your rotation. Not only is it healthy and delicious, this sheet-pan dinner is also easy to make and a breeze to clean up. 

Ingredients 

400 gram salmon fillets

400gram asparagus

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 tbsp minced garlic

1 tbsp siracha lemon

2 tsp lemon zest

4 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp bodacious olive oil

2 tbsp bodacious balsamic vinegar

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Place salmon on one side of the prepared baking sheet and asparagus on the other. 

Sprinkle the salmon and asparagus with salt and pepper. Heat butter, oil, garlic, lemon zest and lemon juice in a small skillet over medium heat until the butter is melted. 

Drizzle the butter mixture over the salmon and asparagus. Bake until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is just tender, 12 to 15 minutes.
