What can you serve with tuscan shrimp?

Over pasta that has been mixed through with olive, salt and garlic. Also, a touch of parmesan never hurt anyone.

Garlic bread: soaking up creamy sauce with a warm piece of bread. It’s heaven.

Rice. Yes, this is amazing with rice also.

Or keep it light and serve it for lunch or as a delicious appetizer with French bread slices, or on its own!

Ingredients

30 gram butter

1 tbsp minced garlic

450 gram shrimps

1 tbsp onion powder

1/2 cup dry white wine

100 gram sun dried tomatoes

1-1/3 cup heavy cream

400 gram baby spinach

2/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese

1 tbsp mediterranean magic

1 tbsp parsley

Directions

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Melt the butter and add in the garlic and fry until fragrant.

2. Add in the shrimp and fry two minutes on each side, until just cooked through and pink.

3. Transfer to a bowl; set aside.

4. Fry the onion in the butter remaining in the skillet.

5. Pour in the white wine, and allow to reduce to half, while scraping any bits off of the bottom of the pan.

6. Add the sun dried tomatoes and fry for 1-2 minutes to release their flavours.

7. Reduce heat to low-medium heat, add the half and half and bring to a gentle simmer, while stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.

8. Add in the spinach leaves and allow to wilt in the sauce, and add in the parmesan cheese. Allow sauce to simmer for a further minute until cheese melts through the sauce.
