3 tbsp allspice
2 tbsp minced scallion
1 tbsp nutmeg
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
Dash of thyme
Dash of crushed red pepper
Zest of 1 lime or lemon
Directions
Combine Ingredients: In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients until well combined.
