Meatballs in Creamy Mushroom Cravy

1 - 50 gram 

For Keto version use cauliflowr rice.

Ingredients 

200 gr spinach, thawed

250 gr ground beef

100 gr low fat greek yogurt

1 egg

50 gr panko, or pork rinds

1 tbsp sugar free ketchup

1/8 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp mustard

250 gr mushrooms

2 small onions

1 tbsp olive oil

1-1/4 cup water

1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions

Let spinach thaw. Then press it well. Mix the minced meat with low-fat quark, egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, mustard, nutmeg and spinach to form a smooth mixture.

Form it into 20 equally sized balls.

Clean and chop the mushrooms. Peel onions and cut into small cubes. Heat the olive oil in a pan. Briefly fry the meatballs in it and remove them. Fry the diced onions and mushrooms in the pan.

Pour in water and cream. Thicken with agar agar and put the meatballs back in

the pan. Serve with rice or cauliflower rice.
