Homemade Ranch Dressing

Perfect for Chef Salad 

Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil Mayo

1/2 cup daisy light sour creme

1/2 cup unsweetened plain kefir

1 tsp dill weed

1 tsp parsley

1 tsp chives

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp cracked pepper

2 tsps lemon juice

Direction

Whisk together the mayo, sour cream and milk until smooth. Add the spices and whisk until combined. Add the lemon and whisk again. Pour into a jar and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve. This dressing will keep nicely in the refrigerator for up to a week.
