Ingredients
100 gr spinach
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic
50 gr Shirazi salad
50 gr roasted buffalo cauliflower
60 gr avocado
1/2 tbsp bagel seasoning
Directions
First make the Protein!
Assemble the bowl: start with spinach on the bottom, then add the Roasted Buffalo cauliflower, Shirazi Salad and avocado. Top with you choice of Protein.
