Perfect Cranberry Sauce for Ham, Poultry or Beef Tenderloin.

Ingredients

12 ounces cranberries

1/2 cup water

2 tbsp orange peel

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup fresh orange juice

50 gram swerve brown sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/8 tsp cloves

2 tbsp choc zero maple syrup

1 tbsp crown royal vanilla whisky

Direction

Combine Ingredients:

In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, water, erythritol, and orange zest.

Cook the Sauce:

Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a gentle simmer. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the cranberries pop and a sauce forms.

Finish the Sauce:

Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. If the sauce is too zesty, add extra sugar or maple syrup to taste.
