A Bacon Egg Muffin is a classic breakfast staple that combines the savory flavors of crispy bacon, a perfectly cooked egg.

Ingredients

7 large eggs 

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 

1/2 tsp Himalayan fine pink salt

1/2 tsp black pepper ground

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

50 gr Parmesan cheese

1/2 onion powder

1/2 garlic powder

50 gr tomatoes 

30 gr spinach

60 gr cubed uncured ham

Directions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder until well combined.

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, diced tomatoes, chopped spinach, and cubed ham.

Pour the mixture into a greased oven-safe skillet or baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the frittata is set and golden brown on top.
