Kelly's Bristol Steak

The white wine marinade not only tenderizes the meat but also infuses it with a unique depth of flavor, making Bristol Steak a sophisticated and memorable dish for any steak lover. 

Ingredients 

2 steak, ribeye, sirloin, or your preferred cut 

1 zip close bag

1 bottle white wine

salt to taste pepper to taste

Directions

Place your steaks in the bag and add 1 cup wine. 

Add a little pepper and a few dashes of salt. Seal the bag and let the steaks marinate for several hours. 

Grill the steaks until they are done to your liking. Salt and pepper to taste. Then enjoy your dinner with a glass of the remaining wine and a buddy.
