Keto Croissants

These buttery crescent rolls are great.
Only 2g net carb each, they are perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
207 gr mozzarella cheese
2-ounce cream cheese
1 tsp baking powder
46 gr coconut flour
1 egg
8 gr agar agar
pinch of salt
2 tbsp butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl, and heat at 30 sec. intervals until they are melted and well combined.
Put the cheese dough into a bowl and add the coconut flour, agar agar, baking powder, egg and salt. Whisk on high until all is well incorporated.
Press the dough between two pieces of parchment paper until it is about 1/4 of an inch thick.
Cut the dough into four squares and cut each square into two even triangles.
Starting at the widest end of each triangle, roll them to the thinnest end, forming a croissant shape.
Bake until tops are nicely browned, about 15 to 20 minutes. Brush the croissants with the melted butter and serve.
