Butter with Garlic & Chive

Garlic Butter great for grilling.

Ingredients

250 grams butter

4 fresh garlic

1/2 bund chives

sea salt to taste


Directions

Peel the bony cloves and press them through a garlic press.

Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Mix the pressed garlic and chives with the room-temperature butter. Season with salt and pour into a glass and place in the refrigerator until further use.
