This is a refreshing and nutritious beverage that combines the tropical sweetness of pineapple with the health benefits of leafy greens. 

Ingredients

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 

35 grams Fage 0% greek yogurt

1 cup spinach

110 grams bananas

120 grams pineapple

10 grams organic chia seed

1 tsp choc zero maple syrup


Directions

Add almond milk and yogurt to a blender, then add spinach, banana, pineapple, chia and sweetener (if using); blend until smooth.
