Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing

Perfect dressing for spring mix greens, drizzled over grilled chicken.
Ingredients
1/2 cup 0% fage greek yogurt
27 grams cilantro
3 grams garlic
2 tbsp lime juice
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil infused with lemon
1/8 cup water
1/4 cup green onions
2 tbsps sour cream
Direction
In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, sea salt, and black pepper.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
Add olive oil infused with lemon and water to the mix, then blend again until well combined.
Incorporate the chopped green onions and blend briefly to mix them into the sauce without fully pureeing them.
Taste and adjust seasoning as desired with additional salt or lime juice.
For extra creaminess, gently fold in the sour cream with a spatula.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days. Enjoy it as a dressing, dip, or topping!
