This beer marinade will enhance your meat with a deliciously savory, slightly sweet, and aromatic flavor. Serve your marinated meat with your favorite sides for a hearty and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
1 cup beer (lager, pale ale, or your favorite beer)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 tsp dried rosemary)
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the beer, soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, chopped onion, fresh rosemary, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
Marinate the Meat: Place your meat (such as steak, chicken, or pork) in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the beer marinade over the meat, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.
Grill or Cook: When ready to cook, remove the meat from the marinade and let it come to room temperature. Grill, broil, or cook the meat to your preferred doneness, basting occasionally with the remaining marinade.
