Shrimp Poke Bowl

1 -  100 gram

“Poke” means “cut into pieces” and the name refers to the slices or cubes of raw fish that are served in a bowl along with rice, dressing, vegetables and seasonings. 

Ingredients 

2 tbsp tamari

2 tsp sesame oil

2 tbsp white wine vinegar

1 tbsp tahini sesame paste

1 tbsp coconut oil

100 gr Lettuce

60 gr carrots, julienne cut

200 gr shrimp

40 gr cilantro lime slaw

40 gr radish, raw

40 gr mango

40 gr edamame

2 tbsp ginger, pickled

40 gr bean sprouts

40 gr baby corn

2 tbsp sesame seeds

50 gr spicy cheese

120 gr avocado

2 eggs, boiled

Directions

Mix all the dressing ingredients together, set aside.

Grill the shrimp on each side.

Top the shrimp with the spicy cheese. Broil quick until cheese is melted and brown.

Arrange the salad ingredients on 2 plates and top with dressing.

Put the Shrimp and melted cheese on top of the salad and spinkle with sesame seed.
