Spinach Salad with Raspberries, Hazelnut and Goat Cheese

Simple light summer salad.

Ingredients 

1 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp raspberry vinegar

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

50 gram baby spinach

30 gram raspberries

10 gram roasted, salted pecans

15 gram scallion

30 gram goat cheese

Directions

Whisk oil, vinegar, salt and pepper together in a large bowl. Add spinach, raspberries, hazelnuts and goat cheese; toss to coat.
