Puff Pastry Rolls Filled With Ham

Indulge in these scrumptious ham-filled puff pastry rolls, perfect as an appetizer or a party snack.  

Ingredients 

1 pack of puff pastry

150 gr grated gouda

1 onion, minced

150 gr cooked ham

1 egg white

salt and pepper, to taste

oregano

1 cup of creme fraiche

milk

Directions

Place the puff pastry sheets together so that a large square or rectangle is created. Brush the edges of the individual plates with the milk and put them together so that they overlap slightly on top of each other.

Now mix all the top ingredients together and spread them onto the rectangle, roll them up and brush with egg yolk.

Cut 2 cm thick slices and place on a baking tray. Bake at 356F for 20 to 30 minutes.
