SERVE WITH TSAZIKI AND PITA BREAD 

Ingredients 

850 gr pork tenderloin

3 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp gyro seasoning

1/2 tbsp garlic powder

1/2 tbsp onion powder

1/2 tbsp smoked paprika

salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Cut the pork tenderloin in stripes.

mix all the seasonings together in a bowl and add the pork, chill in fridge for 30 min.

Grill the pork, and warm up the pita bread. Add some Tzatziki to the warm Pita, add onion rings and cilantro slaw salad. Top with the pork.
