Ingredients

1/2 cup orange marmalade

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)

1 tbsp honey or brown sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp grated ginger

1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

1/4 cup water or chicken broth (adjust for desired consistency)

Directions

Combine Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, combine the orange marmalade, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey (if using), minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using).

Heat and Mix: Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir the mixture well until all ingredients are combined.

Simmer: Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly and the flavors meld together.

Adjust Consistency: If the sauce is too thick, add a little water or chicken broth to reach your desired consistency.

Coat the Wings: Toss the cooked chicken wings in the warm sauce until they are well coated.
