Greek Tuna Salad

Ingredients 

50 grams Romaine lettuce

30 grams tomatoes

30 grams cucumbers

1 egg

30 grams crumbled feta

1 pouch albacore tuna

DRESSING

2 tbsps lemon juice

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp sumac spice

1/2 tsp za'atar blend

1 tbsp bodacious olive oil infused with lemon

2 mediterranean olives

Directions

Prepare the Salad:

Wash and chop the Romaine lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers.

Boil the egg, let it cool, then slice it.

Drain the albacore tuna.

Assemble the Salad:

In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and crumbled feta.

Add the sliced egg and tuna on top.

Place the Mediterranean olives as a garnish.

Make the Dressing:

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, sea salt, sumac spice, za’atar blend, and olive oil until well combined.

Dress the Salad:

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
