Lily's White Chocolate Style Stevia Sweetened Peppermint Flavor Baking Chips

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 drops peppermint extract

1 pouch frozen coffee cold brew 

1 cup cold coffee

1 tbsp 100% unsweetened cocoa powder

4 ice cupe

leaf's peppermint

1 scoop chocolate protein 


Directions

Add all ingredients to high-speed blender in order listed. Blend on high or smoothie function until smooth.

Sprinkle with additional cacao powder or top with whipped coconut cream.

Notes

Freeze your favorite cold brew or leftover coffee to make the coffee ice cubes. For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso or cold brew concentrate.
