Lachs Crème Dip

Serving to a Mezze platter, or for grilled Pita Bread.

Ingredients

200 grams crème cheese

100 grams smoked salmon

1/2 bund dill

1 tsp horseradish 

1 salt and pepper to taste

Direction

Wash the dill and pluck the tips of the dill from the stems. Chop finely. Cut the smoked salmon into coarse cubes. Put the dill, cream horseradish, smoked salmon and cream cheese in a bowl and puree finely with a hand blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour into a jar and place in the refrigerator until further use.
