Banana Nut Overnight Oats

Banana Nut Overnight Oats are a delicious and convenient breakfast option that combines the creamy texture of oats with the sweet, natural flavor of bananas and the satisfying crunch of nuts. 

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

1 banana, peeled and sliced

1 scoop truvani chocolate protein powder

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp raw honey

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1 -1/4 cups unsweetened almond or coconut milk

1/4 cup chopped walnuts


Directions

Place all of the ingredients in a jar and mix well to combine. Place in the refrigerator overnight to set.

To serve, mix the oats and top with additional banana slices, walnuts or coconut flakes. Enjoy!
