Coconut Cilantro Lime Dressing

Ingredients
1 can coconut milk unsweetened
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper black
Direction
In a medium bowl, combine the coconut milk, chopped cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Whisk the ingredients together until well blended and creamy.
Taste and adjust seasoning, adding more salt or lime juice as desired.
Transfer the dressing to a jar or airtight container for easy storage.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
Serve drizzled over your favorite salads, grilled meats, or roasted vegetables. Enjoy!
