Farro and Tuna Bowl

"This is the flavor of summer in Italy, and it takes only a few minutes to make. 

Ingredients

1 cup farro, cooked

1 cup arugula

1 can oil packed tuna

2 leaves basil

30 gr cup tomatoes

1 egg

salt and pepper, to taste

1 tsp bagel seasoning

1 tsp mediterranean magic

50 gr zucchini, thinly sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

1 juice of lemon

1/2 tbsp balsamic

Directions

Place the farro at the bottom of the bow. Top with the next 6 ingredients

then drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the bowl.

TIP

Sub quinoa for the farro to make a gluten-free version, or Cauliflower rice for Keto version.
