Egg Muffins

Ingredients

8 eggs

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp lemon pepper

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

25 grams onions

60 grams fat free feta cheese

2 tbsps crème cheese kite hill

100 grams turkeys bites

50 grams frozen spinach

Directions

Preheating your oven to 375 degrees and spraying a 5 custard with non-stick spray. Crack your eggs into a mixing bowl add spices and whisk to combine. Carefully pour your whisked eggs into the custard about quarter way, let settle and then add the last 5 items and fill the custards always to the top. Once your custards are filled, take a fork and lightly stir each of the muffin tins to mix everything together. Top with reserved ingredients and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit for 1-2 minutes. Run a sharp knife around the edge.
