Yogurt Rhubarb Cake

prepare rhubarb compote first (desserts) 

Ingredients

1 package diamond walnut pie crust

200 grams rhubarb compote

2 tbsp skinny girl raspberry jam

10 drops sweet leaf vanilla liquid stevia

160 grams 0% Fage greek yogurt

1/2 cup heavy cream

50 grams walnuts for topping

Direction

Prepare Rhubarb compote first.

Top the crust with Jam, whip the heavy creme and mix under the greek yogurt.

Mix the compote under the heavy creme-greek yogurt mix. 

Top with walnuts.
