Kirsch Quark Taschen

Ingredients

375 grams 2% greek yogurt

2 eggs

100 grams creme fraiche

1 tbsp lemon juice

3 tbsps monk sugar

1 tbsp instant vanilla pudding

2 packages puff pastry sheets

1 sweet cherries

Direction

Defrost the puff pastry. 

Mix quark with crème fraiche, lemon powder, 2 tbsp sugar, pudding powder, add 1 egg yolk and stir until smooth. Beat 2 egg whites with a tablespoon of sugar until stiff. add and stir.

Drain the cherries. On one slice of puff pastry add two tablespoons of quark mass to each Place 3 to 4 cherries Fold puff pastry Keep it up until everything is used up.
