Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil infused with lemon

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

1/2 cup parsley

10 grams garlic

100 grams mild green chilies

3/4 tsp oregano

1 pinch sea salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Direction

To make this chimichurri, start by finely chopping the parsley, garlic, and mild green chilies. In a bowl, combine the lemon-infused olive oil and red wine vinegar, then mix in the chopped parsley, garlic, and chilies. Add the oregano, sea salt, and black pepper, and stir the mixture well. Let the flavors meld together for at least 30 minutes before serving. This versatile sauce can also be used as a marinade or a vibrant dressing for salads and vegetables, adding a burst of flavor to any dish.
