Paprika Chicken

1 - 200 gram

Ingredients 

400 grams skinless chicken breasts

1 tsp onion powder

2 tsp garlic powder

430 grams roasted bell peppers strips

430 ml heavy whipping cream

1-1/2 tbsp paprika powder

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp Himalayan fine pink salt 

1/2 tsp black pepper, ground

Directions

Sprinkle chicken with 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook, turning once, until browned. 

 Add paprika, crushed red pepper and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt; cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Whisk in the heavy whipping cream and let thicken the sauce.
