Asian Spiced Chicken Wings

Spicy Keto style asian chicken wings.

Ingredients 

3 pounds chicken wings

1 cup monk brown sugar

1 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup ketchup, sugar free

2 tsp fresh ginger

2 tsp minced garlic

1/4 cup dry sherry

1/2 cup hoisin sauce

3 tbsp roasted sesame seeds

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions

Directions

Broil the chicken wings for 10 min. on each side or until browned. Transfer Chicken to a slow cooker, add the following 6 ingredients: and stir thoroughly.

Cover: cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours or until wings are no longer pink. Stir once halfway through the cooking time to baste the wings with sauce.

Remove wings from the pot. remove 1/4 cup of liquid (discard the rest)

combine the reserved liquid with hoisin sauce and lime juice.

Drizzle mixes over wings.

before serving sprinkle wings with sesame seeds and green onions.
