Ingredients

1 pack of dry yeast

5 tbsp olive oil

250 g feta cheese

600 g flour

1 cup water

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt

120 g Kasseri cheese

some oregano 


Directions

Mix flour, sugar, salt and dry yeast in a bowl. Add water and oil and knead into a sticky dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place until about doubled in size.

Grease a tray with olive oil. Crumble two thirds of the feta cheese and knead into the dough.

Place the dough on the tray and flatten it. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and oregano.

Put in the oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes.

The cheese bread tastes best when it is still warm. Bon appetite!
